From start to finish we handle all aspects of your geothermal project. Since customer service is our highest priority we have taken the guess work out of the process by providing you with these easy to follow steps:
Step 1: Set up a free consultation.

Step 2: At our initial meeting we explain the entire process and set project expectations.
Step 3: We complete a load analysis - which measures necessary the btu’s needed to heat and cool your home.
Step 4: Using GeoDesign software we select the proper equipment – this includes: function, sizing and accessories.
Step 5: Based on the selected equipment we then construct a proposed ductwork system (if needed). If ductwork exists we will test the air flow and insulation properties to ensure maximum efficiency.
Step 6: A well driller does a complete survey of your property to determine the most cost effective spot to drill – this is based on soil density, water depth and property lines. (All necessary paperwork is submitted to the D.E.C)
Step 7: We process all of the above paperwork and provide you with a written estimate - including a complete project timetable.
Step 8: You have 30 days to either approve or reject the proposal.
Step 9: Upon approval we have your equipment custom built to ensure each unit matches your specific needs and wants – this process may take up to 8 weeks.
Step 10: You stop worrying about the rising costs of fossil fuels/natural gas and your impact on the environment. Your building is now being powered by clean, free and renewable fresh water. |
