The existing historic residence has been fully renovated and restored utilizing eco-friendly materials such as FSC certified lumber, formaldehyde-free insulation and a multitude of recycled and energy efficient products. The 3300 sq ft addition off the back of the old house includes a great-room, a luxurious master bedroom, master bath and dressing room.
